We have received most of the payments for spots being held. We have 50 seats taken and 1-4 maybe's. If you are coming please let us know and remember to send in those registration forms really soon with your donations to JDRF. We have to get a good number to Old Hickory Country Club for food two weeks prior to the event. We look forward to some memory filled moments together for a great cause! Thank you!!

Space is filling up fast

Please register soon. Spaces are filling up quickly! We now have 50 attendees registered. We will stop at 60 until we see if we have room for more and space is available at the OHCC. Petticoat Junction has donated a weekend for three for our silent auction this year, ladies!! If you win you will have a room for your group any weekend in 2010. This will include your food and all the crop space required in the crop room and all the equipment provided at the junction! WOW! What a donation. The three ladies that won this last year have wonderful stories and had a great stay at this perfect scrapping retreat! Be careful they may out bid you!!!

Join the Crop

We are seeing 2 registrations per day and we are planning to fill up in January. Send in your registration as soon as possible. We cannot wait for the crop! Many donations coming in! We are still looking for vendors/sponsors and want to see some new faces this year. We are happy to have most of the past years vendors with us again this year. Angie Davis plans to be the photographer again this year!

A new Consignment Table at the crop!! We also intend to have a table with consignment items. These items will be donated and half proceeds will go to the party making the sale and the other 50% will go to JDRF.

Another addition this year is card making. We will have some samples that we will offer and if interested you can create these projects (thank you notes, Easter cards, etc...) while you attend this event. 50% of the proceeds will go to JDRF. Details to follow.
