What an awesome amount to be raised by just scrapbooking!!!

Thanks to all who were a part of this event!

We had a fantastic crop out diabetes, wonderful speakers (Jill, ~especially little Riley, Rhonda, Susan, and young Emma), some super musical entertainment by Hannah Lee, a yummy lunch provided by Old Hickory Country Club, a silent auction worth $2800 that brought in over $1000 for JDRF.

We thank everyone for the super time raising money for JDRF!

Understanding we have overhead for the food and venue, it is so exciting to see the attendance rise each year and people coming back over and over and spreading the word to others!

We have one party of six that has still not sent in their donations. We hope to still count on that large party to attend.

All of this said, this has been a blessed year for our 2010 JDRF scrapbook event.
I have event t-shirts that will be selling at the event for $15 each. I have a picture shown. I hope to raise some more money by doing this AND hope some of you enjoy the all occasion cards. This set of 10 cards is a great value! We hope to see you at the crop!!! YEAH for 2010!!! We are over $2200 in registration donations !!!

WE HAVE DECIDED TO STOP at 75 ATTENDEES... WHAT DOES THIS MEAN??? Well, YOU CAN HAVE A SEAT! We have figured out a way to fit at least 75 attendees if needed... Please call me to register if you have not already done so. WE THOUGHT WE WERE FULL at 65 BUT... looks like the room is bigger than we thought... SEE YOU AT THE CROP!

We are at our 60 person maximum. Jill and I are making a trip to Old Hickory Country Club to count seats and see if we might place some 6 foot rectangle (typical) tables for scrappers through out the ball room. We thought if we mixed some tables between round and rectangular that we could get some needed space for you special ladies and gentlemen!! For once, our vendors might not have a table of their own! We hate to send anyone away so we are taking needed measures to ensure we have the space and seating for all that has registered.

60 ladies Registered!

WOW! We have had our earliest attendance HIGH ever in 2010! We are so excited to announce that we have 60 ladies registered and over $1500 in just registrations/donations to JDRF. We are still looking for silent auction items and local sponsors. So, if you know anyone to ask, send them to Jill and I. We so appreciate all of your support!!!

ALSO, if you want to create cards the day of the event, we need to know?? We are ordering some supplies, but if you want to take part in this great deal of 10 cards to create at this event for only $15.00, let us know. WE DO NOT want to run out of supplies. Kathleen Walker with Stampin Up is eager to make sure this is a super fun process and should work out great especially if we know how many we need ;-)

Petticoat Junction has donated a weekend for three for our silent auction this year, ladies!! If you win you will have a room for your group any weekend in 2010. This will include your food and all the crop space required in the crop room and all the equipment provided at the junction! WOW! What a donation. We are seeing 2 registrations per day and we are planning to fill up in January. Send in your registration as soon as possible. We cannot wait for the crop! Many donations coming in! A new Consignment Table at the crop!! We also intend to have a table with consignment items. These items will be donated and half proceeds will go to the party making the sale and the other 50% will go to JDRF.

Another addition this year is card making. We will have some samples that we will offer and if interested you can create these projects (thank you notes, Easter cards, etc...) while you attend this event. 50% of the proceeds will go to JDRF. Details to follow.
